Follow these steps to create a Teams scheduled meeting link inside the online version of Outlook. Select the Online meeting toggle button when filling out the event details, and save the event to send invitations to attendees. It will automatically add a Teams meeting link to an event when you select it.

Find the meeting you want, and then select Join. Just tap the notification to join. Note: For now, this is only available on iOS. Coming soon to Android! If the meeting or meeting chat has already begun, it appears in your recent chat list. If there's a phone number in the meeting invite, select it to dial the number and the conference ID.

Once you're connected, dial 1 to join the meeting. If you see a number in the invite but it's not local to you, select Find a local number to get one that works for you. Join a meeting on more than one device for more collaboration and content-sharing options. Teams has a built-in option to share it using your Outlook account. Click Start meeting to enter the meeting and wait for your guests.

Click on the purple New meeting button to schedule and share a Teams meeting link. You will have the options to set up the time, add attendees, include a message, add channel participants, add a location, and set whether the meeting is recurring or not.

Everyone else will get a link via email. Open the Microsoft Teams mobile app and go to the Calendar tab. You can add attendees, set up the time, whether the meeting is recurring, add a channel, and more. You can choose Copy link to copy your meeting invite link and share in any way you wish. Your meeting will also appear on your Calendar ; you can open the meeting at any time and select Copy link to copy your meeting invite link.

You can open the meeting at any time and select Copy link to copy your meeting invite link. You can configure the meeting's privacy options by clicking Meeting options. A new tab should open in your default browser where you can set Who can bypass the lobby and Who can present options in the dropdown menu.

Select the Calendar tab, click Meet now at the top of the screen, and then select Create a meeting. From the Calendar tab, select the New Meeting button at the top of the screen.

You can choose Copy link to copy your meeting invite link and share in any way you wish, or you can use Google Calendar to create and send the meeting through Google Calendar.

Your meeting will also appear on your calendar. From your Chat tab, click New Meeting above your chat list. Select the Calendar tab, click Meet now at the top of the screen, and then click Create a meeting. Click Get a link to share to generate a link that you can copy to your clipboard and share in any way you wish. Note: After you click Get a link to share , you can disable users entering the meeting's lobby before they're able to join, by clicking Configure Meeting options.

A new tab should open in your default browser where you can change Who can bypass the lobby in the dropdown menu. Set your options and then click Save. Note: Your browser will ask permission to use your recording device, and you must grant access if you wish to speak in the meeting. You will have the option to disable sound for the meeting. Share your desktop. Access your Device settings to check your audio and video devices.
